The novel

SIGNAL INTER/UPT began as a dystopian novel about what happens when the technologies people depend on become harder to separate from the lives they've built around them. The story has since grown into original music and interactive experiences, each offering another way into the same world.
The preoccupations stay close to the ground: observation, isolation, control, and the uneasy relationship between people and the machinery they rely on. Aura-Veritas and the Basement appear as atmospheres more than destinations—places where systems feel present even when they refuse to explain themselves.
